A new apartment development is currently in preconstruction at 1116 7 Avenue Southwest, Calgary. The building, which is set to have 66 apartment units and 12 stories, is scheduled for completion by early 2020 by Cidex Group of Companies. The building is located behind Tarjan Place and construction noises are said to occur for the next 4 months.
