About the event
Bring your junk and old electronic items from home and responsibly recycle them.
Items we ARE collecting:
- Electronics
- Microwaves
- Electric Lawn Mowers
- BBQ (not gas)
- Lightbulbs
- Batteries
- Printers, Cartridges
- Plastic, Styrofoam, Carrdboard
- Furniture
- Large, non-recyclables
- Unused drugs/packaging
- Organic waste
- Small scrap metal items
Items we are NOT collecting:
- Car batteries
- Glass (e.g. window panes, glass table tops)
- Household appliances with Freon (e.g. refrigerators, freezers)
- Liquids (e.g. cooking oils)
- Large metal items (e.g. Bikes, Gas BBQ or Large Cabinets)
- Railway ties
- Sod or dirt
- Household hazardous waste (propane tanks, paint, automobile, cleaning, healthcare and gardening chemicals)
