The iconic English band may not be together anymore, but you can still enjoy one of The Beatles' most popular albums live. Classic Albums Live will perform the music from The Beatles' 1969 album Abbey Road. Expect to hear songs ranging from "Come Together" to "Here Comes the Sun." This is the first Calgary performance for Classic Albums Live.
Stars of the popular award-winning CraveTV LETTERKENNY will be hitting the road for “LETTERKENNY LIVE!”, a 90-minute comedy experience, starring Jared Keeso (Wayne), Nathan Dales (Daryl), K Trevor Wilson (Dan) and Mark Forward (Coach). The tour will come to Calgary at the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, located between Glamorgan and Lakeview.

Spend the last night of 2017 dancing and eating the night away at the Calgary Firefighters New Year's Eve Charity Gala. The gala will help support 13 local charities. The evening includes a black tie ball with a gourmet dinner on the upstairs level and a downstairs disco party at 8 p.m. Enjoy complimentary bar service and be sure to visit the after midnight buffet later in the night.

The Guild restaurant is offering a special NYE menu starting at 5 p.m. A four-course meal starts with an amuse bouche, then gives you the choice of dishes like bison tartare, pumpkin tart tatin, bouillabaisse, roasted lamb saddle, black forest cake for dessert and more. It has a waffle roof, gingerbread walls and candy decorations ranging from gummy bears to suckers. Be sure to bring a donation for the Calgary Drop-in Centre and the Calgary Food Bank.

Take the opportunity to participate in and engage with an immersive art experience unlike any other. In partnership with Downtown Calgary, BUDS OF BUDS will be debuting the first ever urban art gallery through a series of painted windows, called the Northern Reflections Window Exhibition that will incorporate Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The series will be painted by a variety of local artists and will stretch throughout Calgary’s downtown core, showcasing many participating local businesses and turning the city streets into a grand urban art-walk.

Write, shoot, and edit your very own horror movie! Teams are made up of local amateur and indie filmmakers and are given 48 hours to complete their very own short horror movie. Try one (or more) of these deliciously creative dishes. A portion of the proceeds from each dish will support the Calgary Food Bank. All funds raised by OctoberFeast will be used to purchase fresh food to complete our Emergency Food Hampers.
